| Ensysce Biosciences, Inc. has compiled a broad world wide intellectual property portfolio encompassing technology that will be required for the use of carbon nanotubes in therapeutics. This IP package, from several universities and other sources, includes a mix of exclusive and non-exclusive licenses for more than 80 issued patents with additional pending patent applications. |
|
| In addition, Ensysce has rights to license technology developed as part of its funded research programs at M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Stanford University and Rice University. As part of its broad license agreement with Unidym, Inc., Ensysce has rights to any IP required for the use of carbon nanotubes in therapeutics which is developed, licensed or acquired by Unidym, within the next few years. |
